Belly Dance Class with Kae Montgomery! Saturday, 2/8/14, 1-3 p.m.

Belly Dancing is a Western name for a traditional West Asian/Middle Eastern form of dance. Though the name of the dance refers to the abdominal area, hips sway, shoulders shake, and arms and hands move about in a fluid motion. This low-impact cardiovascular dance is a great way for everyone to strengthen muscles throughout the body!


 About our instructor:

Kae came to FatChanceBellyDance from Japan in 2007. She became a regular at FatChance classes, and in less than two years, she was invited to join the professional troupe. Since she began performing and teaching in 2009 she has enjoyed being part of the belly dancing community. Kae can’t wait to share a fun, enriching class for all ages and abilities!
