by Kenzie on July 13, 2013

Hip Hop is an exciting style of dance that was developed in New York in the 1960s with influences of jazz, rock, tap, and African-American and Latino cultures. Hip Hop is one of the latest social and contemporary dance styles that feature three forms: breaking, popping, and locking (but not hips, joints, or doors).

About our instructor:

Eddie Garcia toured internationally with Tony! Toni! Tone! With this class he tones it down so that it is fun and doable no matter what your level. Eddie is back for his fourth DOD session and is ready to get funky!
