by Kenzie on June 9, 2013

Hawaiian Hula is a total body workout inspired by dances of the Pacific Islands. It incorporates easy to perform dance movements set to the sounds of traditional Polynesian drum beats fused with funky Reggae music, resulting in a modern, hip fitness workout.

  About our instructor:

Elsa has been performing for over 20 years in various genres of
dance including salsa, samba, latin jazz, hip hop, samba and
hula. Committed to a fitness lifestyle that should be fun, she
continues to expand her love of dance as a Hawaiian Hula fitness
instructor. She will show you an upbeat style of workout. Get
ready to get your “ami” on!
