Hot Hula Fitness is a total body workout inspired by dances of the Pacific Islands. It incorporates easy to perform dance movements set to the sounds of traditional Polynesian drum beats fused with funky Reggae music, resulting in a modern, hip fitness workout. All ages and fitness levels will enjoy Hot Hula Fitness.

About our instructor:

Elsa Rivera has been dancing and performing for over 20 years in various genres of dance including salsa, latin jazz, hip hop, samba and hula. Committed to a fitness lifestyle that should be fun, she continues to expand her love of dance with becoming a certified instructor in Hot Hula fitness. She will show you an upbeat, fun style of workout that incorporates steps and rhythms from Polynesian and Hawaii. Get ready to get your “ami” on!
